     Operating System*: Windows 98, ME, 2000, NT, XP
     Screen Resolution: 800 x 600
*While Windows 98, ME and XP Home Edition are viable options for TexTrax® they are not recommended because of networking and security reasons. Windows XP Home Edition cannot be used in a network setup.
 Server/Standalone
     Processor Speed: 2+ GHz Processor (Single, Dual, Quad Processor) (256K L2 Cache, Intel Pentium 3 or 4, AMD Athlon)
     RAM: 512 MB - 1GB or higher
     Hard Drive Space: 30+ GB (7200 RPM EIDE or 10K SCSI) Multi disk RAID will improve I/O
     NIC Speed: 100 Mbit
     Network Protocol: TCP/IP
     Operating System: Windows 2000 Server, XP Pro, or NT 4 Server

Operating System:
TexTrax® has been designed to work on 32 bit Windows operating systems. TexTrax® currently supports client use on Windows 98, 2000, NT, and XP Pro. We support server use on Windows 2000 Server, NT Server and XP Professional only.
Workstation:
While TexTrax® will run on a 800 MHz processor with 64 MB of RAM, it is recommended that you run 128 MB of RAM on your client machine for best results.
Server/Standalone:
The server machine should utilize a 2 GHz processor with 512 MB of RAM or higher. Depending on the number of users and the amount that the program is used across the network, your server may have to be more powerful. Consult your Network Administrator, IT staff, or Fike & Fike, Inc. to be sure of your present server speed and configuration.
